Claire – restaurant manager and cook

History: bosom friends with Lisa since primary school. After her training as a chef, she worked in various restaurants. Now she is a manager in a large restaurant. She has had a few relationships, but they always ended. Just like with Lisa. She loves cooking, so she prefers to cook for many people. She misses her work as a chef. After an evening of drinks, a movie and a couch with Lisa, they decide to buy a house together. This way they can reduce the costs of 2 living spaces if they each live separately. While house hunting they come across a very old abandoned house. It is a large house with a huge attic that they both fall in love with. There appears to be quite a lot of deferred maintenance. To reduce costs, they decide to look for co-tenants.

Character: cheerful and hospitable, businesslike, fast. Can organize well.

Clothing: she likes tight clothes in yellow and green.
